Bonnie Simmons was raised in Westchester County, NY but has been a part of Bay Area radio life since 1968.
Her years at the “Jive 95” KSAN saw her play roles as a disc jockey, Music Librarian, Music Director, and Program Director.
After KSAN, Simmons spent time at Warner Bros. Records, serving as National Album Director. She also worked at Hightone Records, managed the band Cake for eight years, and served as Audio Director for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
