We extend our condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of the wise, witty and wonderful Kenny Wardell Sr. (BARHOF Class of 2022), who passed away on Sunday (August 4).
Kenny did it all (radio, TV, print) mostly behind the scenes, and had a lasting impact that will never be forgotten.
In addition to being the longtime driving force behind BAM Magazine, Kenny set the standard as the public relations and marketing guru at KMEL, KFOG and KTVU. He was also heavily involved in the KSAN “Jive 96” documentary project.
