Jerry Dean

Jerry Dean, born Gerald Gene Schram, spent more than fifty years on Bay Area airwaves, most notably on Alameda’s KJAZ (92.7 FM).

He was elected to the Bay Area Radio Hall of Fame as a member of the Class of 2007.

Jerry Dean passed away on September 5, 2007, in Benicia following a brief illness.
