Veldon Leverich first served the Bay Area as chief engineer at KGO Radio from 1972 to 1981. He followed that with a stretch as director of engineering for Mapleton Communications’ four stations. From 2008 forward, Veldon served as chief engineer for the Salem Media Group, based in Austin Texas.
