KPO Radio, San Francisco The Southern Harmony Four 1934

The Southern Harmony Four, featured in “Crosscuts” from the “Log O’ the Day,” heard every morning on KPO.

Among the performers that appeared with the Southern Harmony Four was a young Saunders King, who went on to become a legendary blues singer and guitarist. His daughter, the author Deborah King Santana, married another guitar legend, Carlos Santana.
