Deejay Top 40 Survey
Jack Carney
Week Ending January 26, 1963

This survey, which does not specifically identify affiliation with any particular radio station, features KSFO personality Jack Carney along with a number of songs that do not seem as if they would fit the format offered by the World's Greatest Radio Station during this era.

On the B-side of the survey (pictured at right) is a promo for "Richard Chamberlain Sings," with the tagline "Dr. Kildare operates on his first MGM album!" and a listing of the eleven songs included on the LP.
