Richard Hart KCBS 740 Bio Sheet

This document, issued around 1978 by KCBS Newsradio 74 was included in the station's promotional and marketing package, along with similar sheets for the other members of the air staff and news team.

Richard Hart began with KCBS in 1975 as managing editor, and became afternoon anchor in December 1976. He moved to the morning anchor desk in March 1978, giving KCBS a pair of Harts Richard in the morning and Al in the afternoon. As noted in his KCBS bio, Richard Hart also hosted a public affairs program each week on KPIX-TV (Channel 5).

After leaving KCBS, he worked at KRON-TV (Channel 4) and CNET radio and television.
