This composite schedule, edited together from a Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning edition of the now-defunct San Francisco News, shows the variety of programming available on the local airwaves in March 1934. Among the notable network programs are Amos 'n' Andy (8 p.m. on KGO), Vic and Sade (10:30 a.m. on KPO) and Bing Crosby (5:30 p.m. on KFRC and the Don Lee Network), while local favorites includes the female chamber ensemble, the Arion Trio (10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on KPO), Meredith Willson's Orchestra (9 p.m. and 11 a.m. on KPO) and Al Pearce's Gang (2 p.m. on KGO).
